Power On boots the TeamSpeak cloud machine and starts hourly billing. Power Off shuts it down, drops voice, and stops compute billing. Storage and IP charges remain. This is not the TeamSpeak program.
Voice service
Restarts the TeamSpeak program only; the machine stays on. Needs the machine powered on.

Privilege key to claim ServerAdmin in the TeamSpeak client (Permissions, Use Privilege Key).
